JANA SINCLAIR
Founder & Principal Consultant
Jana Sinclair has been providing leadership and expertise to municipalities, public and private organizations and private sector clients on how to best connect and engage with their communities and interest holders for almost 25 years. Her extensive multi-industry experience includes all aspects of developing and implementing communication, engagement and promotional strategies, mostly as a lead consultant and project manager responsible and accountable for fostering positive client relations, meeting strategic objectives, managing budgets, overseeing detailed
work plans, managing team members, scheduling and quality control.
An expert in the field of community engagement and interpersonal relations, Jana has led and designed programs for municipalities across Alberta that promote meaningful and productive interactions and relationships with their key stakeholder groups.
Through audience identification and analysis, Jana
designs touchpoints and feedback loops that bring value to both sides of the engagement equation and promote a sense of reciprocity that leads to mutual
trust and respect. She ensures the successful execution of her campaigns and engagement programs through the development of contextually informed strategic communication and promotion plans.
Skilled in facilitation and event planning, Jana adeptly involves all parties – from grassroots community groups to members of administrative leadership teams – in strategically targeted and appropriately framed discussions, consultations
and collaborations.
